My range of motion is close to 90% and only have a little pain on the outside of the shoulder. Dr said that is my rotator cuff. Physical therapy is going well too, Sicley is my therapist and has been getting good movement, stretches and exercises to get me back moving. Haven't started any strengthening yet but should be in the next couple of weeks. Lot slower process than I anticipated but overall feel like I'm getting better daily! Thanks”
